After collecting the fresh milk, you will proceed with the processing, lighting the fire and following all the necessary steps for the production of the typical cheese of the area.

You will witness the transformation of milk into cheese, discovering the secrets and techniques passed down from generation to generation. It will be a journey into the heart of dairy traditions, where every stage of processing will be an opportunity to learn and collaborate with your team.

After completing the processing, you will have the satisfaction of tasting the fruit of your labor: a cheese with an authentic flavor, representing the result of your efforts and the unity of the group.
