Villa Casa Rossa - Imperia

Located a few minutes from Imperia, Villa "Casa Rossa" is a historic residence built in 1890 and perfectly renovated in 2001.
​
The Suite, with independent entrance, of about 120 square meters, is adjacent to the 18-meter long infinity pool.
The garden represents the typical "Mediterranean scrub" characterized by a vast and dense vegetation. Interesting for the most passionate about botany.
​
The botanical park, of about 8000 square meters , was designed by Antonio Winter , son of Ludwig Winter, a famous landscape architect and botanist who designed the wonderful and well-known Hanbury gardens in Ventimiglia.
Cultivation and gardening activities (Garden Therapy) can be carried out as desired by the guests.
The house was the home of an important Italian poet and academic: Angiolo Silvio Novaro. Lovers of art, poetry and culture will be able to deepen this story with the current owners of the house, authors of a biographical book on the poet.

Upon arrival, our kind Guests will find a welcome surprise with typical local food products from organic cultivation.
​
Guests (maximum capacity 100 guests) will enter the Villa from the main entrance, and then reach the Suite from the garden.
They will enjoy all the benefits that the Suite offers and the garden. The shared swimming pool will be available to guests.
If they wish to do "Garden Therapy" gardening activities, they will notify the host in advance who will prepare everything they need.

It will also be possible to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden to prepare in the kitchen, to consume a healthy dish in total relaxation while admiring the sea.

The Suite, about 120 square meters, is located inside a perfectly restored historic villa from the end of the 19th century.
The Imperial Suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom, a double bedroom with a private entrance and a bathroom with shower, a large living room with a sofa bed, a Smart TV area (streaming programs included) and an Empire style single bed.
The Suite entirely overlooks the sea as far as the eye can see, also admiring the coast of the city.
Guests will enjoy the park and the infinity pool.

Access to the villa and to the rooms occupied by the owners will not be allowed.
The Imperial Suite has a totally independent access.
